It’s been a while since I’ve been on a picnic and apparently, wicker is out! In its’ place are these super cool and eco-friendly “briefcase” and “boombox” picnic sets by Boxsal. A is for awesome. B is for bad-ass. C is for charming. My first alphabet book was such a snoozefest compared to this fantastic alphabet book titled Alphabeasties: And Other Amazing Types. Pictures of animals from A to Z are composed of its initial letter in different typefaces that reflect the animals’ characteristics. A great book for kids of all ages and adults too!

Some of our fave bloggers like Cool Mom Picks, Giddy Giddy Blog and Lushlee are already head over heels for Frazier & Wing Mobiles and we can definitely see what the fuss is all about! These handmade mobiles are made from colorful cardstock cut into various shapes and strung on clear thread. Simple, yet simply breathtaking, and can be hung in any room in the house. There are still some mobiles from the 2009 collection available but we can’t wait to see what 2010 brings from this talented artist!

Just happened to be browing Etsy and came across these beautiful felted wool bowls from The Fuzzy Monkey. The felted wool gives the bowls a really wonderful earthy quality and the colors are so bold & vivid!
