Joe received his Doctorate in Education from Pepperdine University while Jeni received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry!

These homemade sliced fruit popsicles are the ultimate summer treat…refreshing, healthy and easy to make! Gather up some of your favorite fruits, slice ‘em up and layer them in a popsicle mold. Pour in some Capri Sun fruit punch, insert a popsicle stick halfway and stick in the freezer until set. Yum!

My little sister is tying the knot to her longtime boyfriend in a couple of weeks and it’s definitely been a flurry of wedding activities around here!
